Jeff Thaw the Android link is incorrect (tries to go to nonexistent page for iPad), which also throws a 404 error

I have fixed the Android link.
Basically, you will need Microsoft Office for IPad, Windows Tablet, or Android installed on your device in order to operate the Tablet Version.
