Yes, the House Flipping Spreadsheet is a protected workbook, in which all of the worksheets & VBA coding is protected.
The spreadsheet is protected for the following reasons:
1. To protect against copyright infringement. Our main concern, is someone stealing our product and reselling it as their own.
2. To protect the user from themselves. By this I mean, there are built-in formulas, sort/filter, macros, Vba & ActiveX controls that operate the spreadsheet. Tweaking or altering the spreadsheet in any way without completely understanding how the spreadsheet was built could have a negative impact on the program and create bugs.
With that said, many of the tools & reports are very flexible and allow you to customize the spreadsheet to meet your business needs.
