What's the difference between the Desktop Version and the Tablet Version?

The desktop version is the fully functional version that includes the Deal Analysis, Project Management, and Accounting tools and is really the more robust option.

The Tablet Version is watered down in order for it to be compatible with Excel for IPad or Excel for Tablet and it only the Repair Cost Estimator and the Rehab Analyzer for analyzing deals on the go.

I'm interested in purchasing your system, however, I have a question regarding the tablet/Ipad version of your system. If I were to use the tablet version to analyze a property for purchase, would I be able to somehow upload, not sync, but upload or access this spreadsheet document from my computer within the full app?

    Hi Brian,

The Tablet Version is a completely separate spreadsheet from the Desktop Version, so data entered on the Tablet Version, will have to be re-entered into the Desktop Version.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!

Okay, let me rephrase my question. If I use the tablet version and enter data within it, would I be able to save this data/document and then view this same file on a computer using an application which is able to open Excel files?

In other words, I want to be able to use the tablet app, enter data, save that data and then later be able to view the same file data from a computer, Is this possible?

Yes, the Tablet Version will work on a Desktop/Laptop that can open Excel files.
