Run-Time Error 9 - Subscript Out of Range

"Run-time error 9: Subscript out of range" Visual Basic error message is displayed when when trying to click certain reports.

This is a known and resolved issue w/ the House Flipping Spreadsheet 3.0 version for Excel for Mac.
