The Tablet Version and the Desktop Version are completely separate spreadsheets and do not sync to each other.
The Tablet Version is used to analyze deals 'on-the-go'. Once you get a property under contract you will have to re-upload the information to the Desktop version.
How about using an application like DropBox to store the template and working files? Theoretically, you can edit from DropBox - and from any device. You can always transfer the completed project folder/files to your desktop PC to maintain DropBox storage space. Pictures from the field can also be saved to the appropriate DropBox folder.
