Is the spreadsheet Open Source and will I get access to the macros/vba coding?

The House Flipping Spreadsheet is not an open source platform and you will not have access to the macros or VBA coding inside the spreadsheet.  

This is to protect the integrity of the spreadsheet and our intellectual property.
